Convertible

Color is sometimes stylish. It can make you interesting, mysterious, and beautiful. But it can also blind you.

Lacrimation

Sometimes you cry all the color right of you. What's left is an empty, indifferent shell with a stained face.

Ensnared

Even the most beautiful things can trap and hold power over you. Color in particular has the ability to influence your everyday decisions. What if color decided to turn on you?

Art is Work -_-

by on Tuesday, December 18, 2012

Art is so much work, but I love it. Here's a little taste of what I'm working on. Gotta keep working. I really want to waste the day away sleeping, playing minecraft, and watching the Guild. Will post the finished piece as soon as it's done. (Which hopefully is sooner than later.)

Christmas Cards

by on Friday, December 14, 2012

Christmas break is here! Feel the stress just melt away and get replaced with art. This is a screen print design I made for Christmas cards. I wanted to send out something special so this is a limited print of only forty. Can you guess what it is? I'll give you a hint. It's one of twelve things my true love gave to me. Merry Christmas!

Shell

by on Saturday, November 17, 2012

Putting a seashell to you ear was always an interesting thing to me. I was always told that if you put a seashell to your ear you can hear the ocean. It never worked for me, but I've always liked the idea. What would you do if the shell spoke? Could someone, or something, be trapped in there? This was the theme of my very first zine. I have never made multiple drawings to tell a story so this was a very new experience for me. I sold it at a local zine festival and I feel that it sold fairly well. There was one girl who came up to my booth and told me she loved the story, which made all the stress of putting it together worth it. More zines are definitely to come.

I'm tired of school

by on Thursday, September 20, 2012

I've been really busy over the Fall semester. I literally have finished nothing. Every second is used either working or studying. Thank God for lectures though. All I've been able to do is doodle in lectures. Here's a doodle just for you.
